1. Phases of Subscription
Our subscription services are divided into the following phases:
- Pre-Launch Phase: A limited-time offering valid for a duration of three (3) months from the official date of launch (“Pre-Launch Period”), during which members may subscribe at a specially discounted price (“Pre-Launch Members”).
- Post-Launch Phase: All subscriptions purchased after the completion of the Pre-Launch Period shall be considered standard subscriptions at the regular price (“Regular Members”).
2. Refund Terms for Pre-Launch Members
We value the early trust placed in us. To honor that:
- a. Conditional Refund: If, for any unforeseen reason, Lakshminarayan Vivah is unable to continue operations after the Pre-Launch Phase, all Pre-Launch Members will be entitled to a 100% refund of their subscription amount.
- b. Non-Refundable Clause: No refund shall be entertained under any circumstances for Pre-Launch Members unless the platform discontinues operations post the Pre-Launch Period. Any request for cancellation or refund from members during or after the Pre-Launch Period for reasons other than discontinuation of service shall be considered invalid.
3. Refund Terms for Regular Members (Post-Launch)
All subscriptions made after the Pre-Launch Period shall be strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage, dissatisfaction, personal circumstances, or any other reason. By subscribing post-launch, the member acknowledges and agrees to the non-refundable nature of the service.
4. General Conditions
- a. No Partial Refunds: Lakshminarayan Vivah does not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for any unused subscription period.
- b. Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are non-transferable and are limited to the individual registered member only.
- c. Payment Disputes: Any chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the subscriber through their payment service provider without adhering to this Policy will be considered a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user’s account.
- d. Fraudulent Activity: In case of any fraudulent activity, abuse of service, or breach of Terms of Use, Lakshminarayan Vivah reserves the right to revoke access to the platform without any refund.
5. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be communicated on our official platform and will be deemed effective from the date of posting. It is the responsibility of the subscriber to review the policy periodically.
