Yes, absolutely! Your contact details are fully protected and will only be visible to another member once both of you have matched with each other.

We intentionally skipped the in-app chat, and for good reason! Members who connect through everyday apps like WhatsApp tend to respond faster and more naturally. We’d rather keep your conversations real and flowing.

To ensure that every person here is genuinely and seriously looking for a life partner, we don’t offer a free trial or free plan. We charge a nominal one-time annual fee, which helps us maintain a high-quality community of truly committed individuals.

We do not offer refunds once a membership is activated. We’d love for you to take your time, go through all our details, and make sure we’re the right fit for you before signing up!

Since our memberships are annual, there are no recurring cancellations to worry about. If you’ve found your special someone (congratulations!) or simply need a break, just drop us a friendly email at support@lakshminarayanvivah.com and we’ll take care of the rest.

If a member is making you feel uncomfortable or seems suspicious, please report their profile to us immediately. Our team reviews every single report and takes appropriate action to ensure your experience is safe and positive.

We truly honor the role parents play in this beautiful journey. Their support and guidance mean everything! However, every conversation, decision, and interaction with other members must be done by you personally.

You have a comfortable 14-day window to review and respond to each Interest Request. Simply accept or decline at your own pace. If no response is given within 14 days, the system will gently close that request automatically.

If you don’t respond to at least one request within 14 days, the system will mark your profile inactive and automatically decline all pending requests.
